Job Description

Under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians prepare, count, label, package, and dispense pharmaceuticals for patients. The Pharmacy Technician interacts with the other departments in the pharmacy in an effort to provide accurately dispensed prescriptions on a scheduled basis according to predetermined delivery.

*The employee will work in a retail pharmacy located on a retirement campus.

*It will be important for the employee to be able to work with a variety of people including the pharmacist, elderly patients, and other campus staff as needed.
