PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Prepares, dispenses and controls medications and other pharmaceuticals in
accordance with applicable Federal, State, professional standards and laws,
JCAHO recommendations and hospital standards, policies and procedures.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of accredited 5 year pharmacy program. Currently licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts. Ability to practice hospital pharmacy at current standards. Able to operate required equipment.
